Missed Call From +265?
Unrecognized international numbers are a common pattern in Wangiri ("one ring") scams: the caller hangs up after one ring hoping you call back a premium-rate number. If you don't know anyone in Malawi, don't call back. If the call matters, the caller will try again or leave a message.
