Missed Call From +227?
Unrecognized international numbers are a common pattern in Wangiri ("one ring") scams: the caller hangs up after one ring hoping you call back a premium-rate number. If you don't know anyone in Niger, don't call back. If the call matters, the caller will try again or leave a message.

Niger.

Dial 011 227 followed by the national number without its leading zero.
What does 00227 mean?
00227 is +227 written with the international prefix used in the UK, most of Europe and much of the world: 00 replaces the plus sign, so 00227 and +227 reach the same number in Niger. From the US and Canada the prefix is 011, so the same code is written 011 227.
